Terms and Conditions for PK 555 – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pk 555 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other service we provide (collectively, the "Platform"). 4. Age Verification & KYC

pk 555 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All players must be 18 years of age or older. pk 555 actively verifies the age and identity of its players through the following process.

• Initial Registration: You confirm your age and identity by entering your date of birth and personal details. This constitutes a legal declaration that all information provided is accurate.
• Document Verification: pk 555 may request identity documents at any time, including a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide documents within the specified timeframe will result in account restriction.
• Enhanced Verification (EV): For withdrawals above Rs 50,000, or when our compliance team identifies risk factors, pk 555 may require enhanced verification including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method.
• AML Compliance: pk 555 complies with anti-money-laundering principles. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with a player's stated circumstances may be investigated. pk 555 may delay or reverse transactions pending investigation and is not liable for any resulting inconvenience.

5. Deposits & Payments

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at pk 555 are processed as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal (Standard Account): Rs 5,00,000 per day.
• Processing Speed: Standard accounts – within 15 minutes. VIP Gold – within 10 minutes. VIP Diamond – within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified bank account held in your own name.
• pk 555 will never charge a withdrawal fee. However, mobile money providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash) may deduct their own service charges from the received amount.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance may experience brief delays. pk 555 will communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.
• If a KYC document request is outstanding on your account, withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

7. Bonus & Promotions Policy

pk 555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that override or supplement these general Terms where relevant. The following principles apply to all pk 555 bonuses.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once per account, on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and is subject to the rollover requirement stated in the active promotion.
• Standard Rollover Requirement: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonuses at pk 555 carry a 10x rollover requirement on sports bets (minimum odds 1.50) or a 30x rollover requirement on casino games. Accumulator bets with fewer than three legs do not contribute to rollover.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated rollover requirement expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: pk 555 does not allow stacking of multiple active bonuses. If you claim a new promotion while an existing bonus rollover is incomplete, the existing bonus will be forfeited.
• Abuse & Exploitation: pk 555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting designed to drain bonus funds without genuine gambling activity. Accounts found abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any derived winnings removed.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: pk 555 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Active bonus claims will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claiming.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the pk 555 Platform. For sport-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.), the detailed Sport Rules appendix published in the Sportsbook section takes precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when a Bet ID is generated and you receive on-screen and SMS confirmation. pk 555 may decline a bet at its discretion, for example during system maintenance or unusual market activity.
• Odds Changes: Odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the point your bet is accepted are the final odds for that bet. pk 555 operates on a "Best Odds Guaranteed" policy for pre-match bets – if odds increase between the time of placing and match start, your bet is settled at the higher price.
• Void Bets – General: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is abandoned before a result is possible under the applicable rules, or if the bet was accepted at an obvious pricing error (odds significantly out of line with the true market).
• Cricket – Specific: For ODI and T20 matches affected by rain and decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, all match winner and total runs bets are settled on the DLS result. Session bets are voided if the session is not completed. PSL matches follow PCB playing conditions.
• In-Play (Live) Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. pk 555 may suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly for cricket while a wicket or review is pending. Bets placed immediately before or after a material event (wicket, goal, red card) may be voided if accepted during a delay in the live feed.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout for standard accounts is Rs 50,00,000. For accumulators, the maximum payout is Rs 1,00,00,000. VIP Diamond members may negotiate higher limits with their account manager.
• Duplicate Bets: pk 555 reserves the right to limit or void duplicate bets from a single account on the same event in a short time window, where this pattern is consistent with matched betting or arbitrage activity.

9. Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on pk 555, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and any new casino products introduced in future.

• Random Number Generation: All pk 555 slot and RNG table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous rounds or the size of your bet.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, pk 555 will apply the following resolution: if a game round was in progress when disconnection occurred and the round subsequently completes on the server, the result stands. If the round could not be completed, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or stream malfunction that produces an erroneous game result, pk 555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Malfunction voids all pays.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each casino game displays its own stake limits. Live casino tables may have higher minimums than RNG tables. VIP members may access higher-limit tables through the VIP Club section.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk 555 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where relevant, referral to appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, collect data, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be returned on request.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting with bonus funds, or any systematic strategy that exploits pricing inefficiencies at pk 555 in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.
• Attempting to access another player's account or the pk 555 administrative systems without authorisation.
• Using the pk 555 Platform while knowingly self-excluded or while subject to a cool-off period.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

pk 555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following situations typically lead to account action:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Requests made by the account holder under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, pk 555 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Real-money funds (excluding any bonus-derived amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method once the investigation is complete, typically within 14 business days.

• Self-Exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. Requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
